They're being surrounded by people, their friends watching on in confusion and fear. A couple of the officers rush over as well, pulling out their radios and asking for an ambulance. Sherlock crouches in front of Ted and Watson, his expression tight yet fraught.
"Watson," he says to get her attention. She turns her head toward him slightly but doesn't open her eyes. "Symptoms?" he asks.
"Dizziness, nausea, tachycardia," she murmurs.
"Dyspnea?"
She nods.
Sherlock stands and grabs the radio from the nearest officer.
"Hey!" the officer protests.
"We need medics with hydroxocobalamin, sodium nitrite, and sodium thiosulfate," he says into the radio. "And hurry.."
Joan rests her head against Ted's shoulder, her breath gradually becoming quicker and shallower.
"I love you," she whispers. She doesn't know how much longer she'll have to say it.
