Ted lets out a sudden shaky sigh of relief, followed by a soft sob of happiness. He lifts her hand and kisses it, then presses it to his chest.
"There you are," he says, voice hoarse, as he moves forward again and strokes her hair, looking down at her, face streaked with tears. "Told you you were gonna be alright."
