Ted nods a bit. "Yeah, I had a feeling," he answers, which is why he asked first. He didn't seem to react badly to comforting touch though, though that might be more because of the intention rather than the touch itself. But a hug might be a bit too far.

"I'm glad you like hugs, though," he adds with a smile, giving her a soft squeeze again.
