Ted nods sympathetically. "Yeah.." He had a hard time believing it himself, but he does now. He doesn't plan to go into the other murders Rupert ordered. He might tell Higgins in private later, but not until he's found out how long Higgins has been working for Rupert. If he was working for him back then - which isn't impossible - then... Well, that'll be tough.
