"Oh - Perfect, thank you," Ted says as he encounters Sherlock with the wheelchair.
Ted can at least help Joan into her wheelchair without too much trouble. He just needs to make sure to put his weight on his good leg as he puts Joan's arm around his shoulders and lifts her over. It's just a bit easier with two people helping.
