Joan knows to put most of her weight on Sherlock, but having Ted on the other side to steady her is still important.

"Okay," she says, taking a breath and tightening her hold on Ted and Sherlock. "Standing on three. One...two...three."

With their help she rises to her feet...and immediately wavers as the blood rush makes her dizzy.
